General Update
Several people have reminded me that I haven't updated my blog in a while. <sarcasm>Thanks.</sarcasm>
I guess I haven't had many blog worthy things going on, just lots and lots of the usual. It seems like I'm the busiest now that I've ever been.
Not that I'm complaining, I have come to the conclusion that it is human nature when you run out of things to do, the tendency is to create problems by blowing small stuff out of proportion.
Annelise is doing well, she got a cold over the Thanksgiving weekend, but she seems to be over that now for the most part. She is getting cuter every day. I can't look at her without smiling. She is spending more time observing the world around her now, it's such a unique thing to watch, I've never experienced anything like it.
I've been playing guitar pretty regularly over the last few weeks. My old band mates and I have been getting together once a week to play, nothing serious, we were just all itching to play again. I've also recently become more interested in learning more of the technical aspects of music. Most of what I know is from song memorization from tablature and knowledge of 2 or 3 positions for chords.
Annelise and I are going to be in our church's Christmas play. I'm going to play Joseph and she is going to be baby Jesus. It's kind of an honor to be asked to do that. It's a major production, usually about 700 to 800 people attend each night for 3 nights. Our part is relatively small though, we come out on stage for a few minutes and basically act as a living manger scene.
Thanksgiving has come and gone, about three weeks of fall left, and Christmas is right around the corner. This is an exiting time of the year, remember to slow down every now an then to enjoy it, and remind me to do the same.

You can't look at me without smiling either. Are you my daddy? Don't forget to slow down and enjoy the holidays.
PS: I think Jesus was a boy
There is a difference between laughing at and smiling at.
Jesus was in fact a boy, I was wondering who was going to be "that guy" and point it out... I should have known.
